Write for us

Radiant Stage Stories welcomes pitches that make the work around live performance easier to understand. Send proposals through the Contact page; a concise, well-defined idea is more useful than a finished article sent without context.

What to pitch

We consider explanatory pieces, thoughtful comparisons, production-planning ideas, audience-focused approaches and accounts of how information moves between roles. Keep each pitch to one distinct question, and show how it fits the publication’s coverage rather than proposing a broad survey of everything behind a show.

What makes a strong proposal

Include a working title, the central point, the intended reader and a short outline of how the piece will develop. Name the examples or material you expect to rely on, distinguish personal interpretation from verifiable facts, and flag any access, rights or conflicts that could affect the work.

How to send it

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. A pitch is a proposal, not a commitment to publish; do not include confidential production material or information you are not authorised to share.
